Aquí os traigo una receta rápida, saludable y riquísima. Yo me hago de cantidad para varias veces y congelo en tuppers unitarios, y así me voy sacando cuando tengo prisa y quiero comer rápido, con alguna ensalada de primero.
Nos ponemos la ropa de fritungueo ( ropa de casa para cocinar y que no nos importe que se engrase), manitas bien limpitas... y...¡a por ello!

- Ponemos aceite hasta cubrir el fondo de la rustidera y calentamos a fuego medio alto.

- Cortamos en juliana el ajo y con la hoja de laurel lo echamos al aceite.
Hasta que dore el ajo.

- Salpimentamos el pavo.
Lo echamos al fuego y se tiene que poner blanquito, que no este hecho del todo. En este paso tenemos que poner el fuego fuerte ya que así evitamos que la carne suelte agua.

No paramos de remover para que no se queme el ajo.

- Retiramos todos los ingredientes y los reservamos en un plato.
En la rustidera solo tiene que estar el aceite. Ahora cogeremos una cucharada sopera de pan rallado y removeremos, esto hace que espese le salsa.
Cuando veamos que el pan se a vuelto de un color tostado, le echaremos el medio vaso de cognac.
Cuando lo eches empezará a burbujear, [ no hay que parar de remover] y se volverá una pasta.
Hay que dejarlo a la sartén hasta que evapore el alcohol.


- Cuando ya veas que el vapor que desprende no huele a alcohol, puedes echar el resto de ingredientes que antes habías apartado. Y lo dejas reposar a fuego medio, removiendo de vez en cuando.

- Una vez que ya veas que se esta dorando todo, le echas el agua, que no cubra las piezas de pavo y remueves bien. Hasta que veas que la salsa este homogénea.
Esto hace que la pasta del pan rallado se mezcle con el agua y se cree la salsa.
- Termina de cocinar todo con la salsita bien cremosita.
