- Echa unas hebras de azafrán o pimentón rojo al gusto que se fusione con el tomate frito
- Una vez tengamos la fideuá con la salsa, echamos el caldo (2.5 veces la cantidad de fideuá) y dejamos hervir
- Una vez se haya consumido el caldo, dejamos un poco para hacer socarrat y apagamos el fuego. Tapamos con un trapo/papel de aluminio durante unos minutos
- Para finalizar destapamos y le ponemos unos piñones/pasas al gusto y unas finas lonchas de jamón ibérico con una yema de huevo cruda en el centro
