A continuación bate la mezcla con unas varillas eléctricas hasta que aumente de volumen (5 min). Reserva.
  3. Integra ambas mezclas en un mismo bol, debe ir quedándonos una mezcla densa. Tamiza la harina y el cacao. Intégralo a la mezcla con movimientos envolventes. Si quieres añadir algún fruto seco, es el momento.
  4. Forra un molde (si es cuadrado mejor) con papel de horno, pasa la mezcla y dale unos golpes para que la masa siente. Esta masa no subirá, pues no lleva levadura, el grosor que le des, es el que tendrá. Esparce sal de escamas por encima, realzará el sabor de chocolate.
  5. Hornea a 170ºC (calor arriba y abajo, sin ventilador), de 30 a 35 min, cuidado de que no te quede seco o duro. Deja enfriar un poco y podrás partirlo en generosos trozos. ¡Y LISTO!
