- Cortar en tiras muy finas los filetes de ternera.

- En un bol poner los 2 dientes de ajo muy picados, el jengibre y la salsa gochujang


- Añadir el azúcar moreno, el aceite de sésamo y la salsa de soja, mezclar bien

- Poner la carne en el marinado, tapar y dejar al menos 2 horas (lo puedes hacer de un día para otro) removiendo de vez en cuando

- Cuando pase el tiempo del marinado, poner una sartén con un poco de aceite de girasol a fuego alto. Cuando coja temperatura saltear la carne 3-4 minutos

- Emplatar y servir caliente con unas semillas de sésamo por encima y acompañado al gusto, yo con arroz
