- Se dejan en remojo con 2000 ml Agua (Para Remojo de Judías Pintas) 500 g Judías Pintas en una cacerola entre 10 y 12 horas con tres cucharadas de Bicarbonato.

Se añade por último los 4 puñaditos de sal y cuando salte la válvula se dejan 30’ en modo olla súper exprés.



- Pasados los 30’ de la olla, se retira del fuego y se quita la presión.

- Por otro lado, en una sartén, se pone a fuego medio (3 de 6) y se añaden 3 cucharadas de A.O.V.E. y cuando esté caliente, se añaden los 14 g de ajo (2 dientes) cortados en rebanadas. Una vez dorados, se añade la harina y después el pimentón e inmediatamente para que no se queme el tomate frito. Se remueve y se vuelca sobre las judías. Se pone la olla al fuego medio (4 de 6) nuevamente y se deja 10’.



- Se sirve caliente.
