Al realizarlo mientras bate, conseguiremos que se ligue completamente y quedará una textura suave. - Por último, rectificar el punto de sal si fuera necesario y añadir el agua. Va a gusto de lo espeso que a uno le gustó. A mí me gusta más bien líquido y por eso lo incorporo.
- Picaremos por encima un poquito de jamón serrano, huevo duro y unas ramitas de cebollino. Esto e opcional pero queda muy bonito a la vista.
