- Ponemos la patata y los huevos a hervir. Los huevos 10 mints y la patata vamos mirando con que se vaya poniendo tierna.
- Mientras vamos cortando las patas de pulpo en trocitos pequeñitos y el surimi igual y reservamos. Guardamos la parte de las patas para decorar
- Cuando la patata ya esté. La dejamos enfriar y con los huevos igual. Pelamos la patata y la vamos cortando. La ponemos en un bol. Con los huevos igual. Añadimos sal, pimienta y un poco de AOVE.
- Añadimos el resto de ingredientes y mezclamos bien para que todo se integre.

- Después, ya ponemos la mayonesa y volvemos a mezclarlo todo.
- Los trozos que nos han quedado del pulpo, lo mezclamos con aceite, una pizca de sal y pimentón, en mi caso siempre es de La Vera. Lo dejamos reposar en la nevera para que vaya cogiendo fresquito y a disfrutar!!!
