- Mientras se cuecen las patatas y las zanahorias hacemos una mahonesa no demasiado espesa. 2 huevos que representaran 1/3 del volumen, otro tercio será aove y otro tercio aceite de girasol, pizca de sal y batidora al suelo del vaso sin mover hasta que emulsione, luego subimos poco a poco y lista


- Cuando estén cocidas las patatas y las zanahorias las pelamos (cuanto más calientes están más fácil se pelan) y añadimos a la mezcla del atún con pepinillos y aceitunas y ajustamos el punto de sal y añadimos un chorro de aove para mezclarlo



- Añadimos la mahonesa y movemos bien todo,


- Decoramos al gusto, a mí me gusta usar huevo cocido, espárrago, pimiento rojo y aceitunas.
