  7. Pincelar cada pasta con las claras
  8. Poner encina de cada pasta sucrafor (generosamente) meter en el horno durante 10’. Pasado el tiempo este es su aspecto (el olor que tenemos en la cocina es tremendo!)
  9. Sacar del horno y dejar enfriar por completo (no intenten cogerlas si no están frías o se romperán)
  10. Una vez frías ponerlas sobre plato de presentación
